Our front desk is staffed 24/7. We’re always here if you need anything, day or night.
Is smoking allowed on the property?
MADE Hotel is a smoke-free property.
Is wi-fi available? Is it free?
Yes! Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available for guests throughout the hotel.
Can my luggage be stored at the hotel?
Absolutely. We’re happy to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out so you can keep exploring.
Can you receive and hold my packages at the hotel?
Yes, we’re happy to hold up to two packages for you. Fees may apply for multiple packages or longer-term storage.
Do you allow photo shoots?

ROOMS AND RESERVATIONS
Is there a destination or resort fee?
A curation fee of $35/night +tax is applied to all stays.
This fee includes: filtered coffee or tea for the morning redeemable at Paper Coffee, A glass of house red or white wine for the evening during our nightly wine hour from 5 pm-6 pm, Wi-Fi throughout the building, access to Good Behavior, barring private events, and complimentary Tokyo Bikes rentals, available on a first come, first served basis (seasonal).

Do rooms have private restrooms?
Yes, every room features a private bathroom.
Are there cots or cribs available for infants?
While we do not have cots, rollaway beds, or cribs, we do offer pack n’ plays for children up to 2 years.
Are there accessible bathrooms available?
Yes, we offer accessible bathrooms equipped with roll-in showers and grab bars.
Are accessible rooms or amenities available?
Yes, accessible guest rooms and common spaces are available throughout the hotel.
Do you offer breast milk storage for parents? Can I arrange a milk-safe fridge during my stay?
Yes, please contact our front desk team to arrange for a mini fridge to be delivered to your room.
What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
We accept cancellations up to 24 hours before your scheduled check-in. Policies may vary depending on the rate code or group contracts. Please contact us if you have any questions about your reservation.
Do you have an early departure fee?
Please let us know if you intend to depart early as soon as possible. Fees may apply if notice is received after 3 pm the day before you plan to depart. Stays with non-refundable rates cannot be changed.
Is my ID required at check-in?
We require ID prior to checking into the hotel. This may be provided at the front desk or via our online platform before you arrive.
How old do you have to be to check into MADE Hotel?
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check in.
Is there an age requirement to check into a room?
You must be 18 years or older to check in.
Do you have connecting rooms?
We have a limited number of connecting rooms. We will do our best to accommodate connecting room requests, but we unfortunately cannot guarantee them before check-in.

Are group rates available?
Yes, group rates may be available for room blocks or special events.
How can I arrange a meeting or event at your hotel?

Do you offer group bookings?
Yes! We’re happy to accommodate groups traveling together. Reservations requiring 6 or more rooms are handled as contracted group bookings to ensure coordinated room placements, potential special rates, and dedicated support.
How do I reserve a group stay?
For group stays of 6 or more rooms, please call (212) 213-4429 and request the sales team. This allows us to provide a seamless, personalized experience for your party.
Note: Reservations made through an online travel site for more than 6 rooms—whether in one booking or multiple bookings for the same group—may be reviewed and could be cancelled. In such cases, our team will reach out to help convert your bookings into a proper group agreement.
AMENITIES & SPECIAL REQUESTS
Is there a fitness center on-site?
We do not have a fitness center on site, but we’re happy to recommend some great facilities in the neighborhood!
Do you offer laundry service?
We offer same-day and next-day laundry services. Laundry is done off-site but can be expedited. Please contact our front desk team to arrange service.
I want flowers, chocolates, champagne, gifts, etc., sent to the room. How do I do this?

TRANSPORTATION
How do I get there?
We’re centrally located in the NoMad neighborhood, with access to various Subway lines. We are a 9-minute walk to Penn Station. Travel times to/from local airports, including Newark International Airport, JFK International Airport, and LaGuardia International Airport, vary. Please contact us directly with your travel details for advice on the best modes of transportation for your journey.
What are the cross streets?
We’re located at 44 West 29th Street, between Broadway and Sixth Avenue.
Does the hotel provide transportation?
We’re happy to arrange private transportation. We do not offer shuttle services.
Do you have on-site parking?
No. We work with a local garage for off-site parking only.
Is there a valet?
Valet parking is available at a daily rate of $85 for sedans or $95 for SUVs.

Is there a restaurant on site?
Yes, our ground-floor restaurant, Debajo, serves vibrant, seasonal fare in a relaxed setting.
What are the hours of the restaurant?
Our on-site restaurant, Debajo, serves elevated Spanish-inspired dishes and curated cocktails in an intimate, relaxed setting with both indoor and covered, heated outdoor seating.
Breakfast + All Day Menu: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM daily (served in The MADE lobby)
Brunch: Saturday & Sunday | 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Dinner:
• Sunday – Wednesday | 5:30 PM – 10:00 PM
• Thursday – Saturday | 5:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Hotel guests also receive 10% off their bill at dinner. Walk-ins are always welcome!
